To learn how to do wrist, I had to really practice resetting. You know, just controlling that background tension or I’d revert to elbow. And you know, I can still do elbow - nothing wrong with it! But yeah, I would literally play for a bit, notice I was doing elbow and being tense and then have to sop for a few minutes. This is STILL something I practice, because well I am trying to learn other stuff and it can make me tense! lol
