Of course! Whatever works… works! Haha. I was just curious about the elbow and economy picking mixture as I wasn’t sure if I’d seen pure elbow and economy picking before.
Okay, after quite a bit of work and a few weeks failed at trying DBX agin I thought I’d try and make some more progress. I think it’s smoothed up a bit, and it’s the ascending part that’s kind of giving me grief, so I started kind of pressing my thumb on the pick whenever I changed strings and it seems to help. I thought it was a “thumb” movement, but it looks to me like a bit of a wrist thing mixed in with the elbow actually. Anyways, it helps a LOT with any ascending moves that have odd notes. Sorry about the messy playing in spots hahaha
