I love the tone /feel of the white tortex, and indeed the various colors feel a bit different from each other (even when keeping the thickness the same). I think the material properties are significantly affected by the colouring…thingy (agent?).
Unfortunately they don’t make Jazz III XLs 1.0mm in white, which I would be very interested in.
Also, in the examples of picks that I tried there seems to be a tradeoff between tone and durability: the more I like the tone, the quicker they wear out! I did not measure this correlation in any scientific way though
