It reminds me of some YouTube documentary I was watching recently when I was assed out about this guy who went to great lengths to find who wrote a quick 4 note theme for a commercial interlude. It was fucking nuts.

Paco and John M play the Yngwie 6 lick on Friday Night in San Francisco. It’s the opening run of Frevo Resgado, which is debatably the best song on there. I have no doubt that Yngwie would have heard that. If he was doing it before, so be it, but that record would have cemented it.

Well spotted! I think that’s slightly different than the “classic” Yngwie 6’s though.
