Is anybody eles’ pinky falling off after a few passes of a roll pattern? This little guy seems to be getting a workout on 2.5lb weights while the rest of the team is benching 300lbs!

How are you taking breaks inbetween reps?

Um… what? LOL. I’m not sure what you’re saying but if your pinky finger is falling off you might want to see a doctor about that fast. That’s not normal.
