I don’t understand your last section. I’m commenting on how Troy talked about viewers wanting a step by step process, then it shifted to the concept of interweaved practice. Of previously learned techniques. Not about as I thought the original question by troy was about the concepts of CtC exercises to convey the techniques logic. Maybe I’m misremembering.
