I guess we’ve all have thought that at some point (especially as beginners), but in reality, it’s not really practical and mostly unnecessary imho.
Yes. All the “real” guitarists do it. The problem is when you’re stupid like me, and can’t seem to pick it up. I’d love to be able to do a “pretty speedy” DBX, but it just isn’t in the cards for me so I have to do other, less respectable things to play my notes. Now I just pretend that my favourite guitarists play exactly the way I do and I mess with the note arrangement accordingly…
