Most of my post on here are somewhat anxious when it comes to picking technique, but CTC has for the most part completely transformed my playing and my time feel and speed has benefited immensely. Rn this is my sort of max for where I can fluidly play bop lines, but its way above where I was a few years ago where I struggled to play 16’s at any speed above 120bpm.
