Am i crosspicking or stringhopping?

hey folks. working on crosspicking. video below, lemme know if this looks like crosspicking or stringhopping to you? i apologize for the video format, i fought with the editing but couldnt get two separate vids made, so the video starts in slow motion then reverts to normal speed. it’s the same crosspicking lick played over and over, so it should still give you enough info to assess.

i THINK i’m starting to get the hang of crosspicking basics but i’m suspicious cuz the tempo here is around 90 bpm, and my potential stringhopping upper limit is around 95. so lemme know what you’re seeing if you have a second!

Hey there! My first impression is that the motion is a little bouncy and may not translate well at higher speeds.

But there’s only one way to find out!

As you may already have guessed: try to speed it up and see what happens!
