Anyone else get a numb arm/hand cross picking

Hey guys

i often get a numb right hand (picking hand) when playing the acoustic and practising cross picking. Its most likely because I’m leaning quite heavily on the guitar body. Its not a nerve they numbness more like when you fall asleep on your arm and it goes numb. When i stop playing and shake it out it goes but it always seems to creep back. Goes into my right fingers.

anyone else get this?

You probably squeeze too much the guitar body with your arm. Check your posture, check the contact point of your arm with the guitar and make sure it’s smooth.

You should absolutely avoid that, which means make a priority to get rid of it.
