Anyone here into WAY old mandolins? I need some help IDing one

So in cleaning out her house, my mom unearthed a mandolin that’s pushing 4 generations old. Like think, patent from 1886 on the bridge old. Her dad had it and HIS mom or grandma had it. He was born in 1915 so that ballparks it late 1800s to very early 1900s.

Anyway, I’ve tried a few luthiers and I guess there’s just not a lot of collector love for old mandolins, so no one really put together any historic records of all the different brands or types like they did for guitars and banjos.

Here’s some pics taken of it just this week. Literally the first time I’ve seen it.

Absolutely stunning; that back bowl/boat construction is something else, enjoy in good health!
