Was wondering if there are any videos of Troy playing ascending fours 3nps scale sequences ?
Been searching through all the videos but cannot seem to find them .
Looking for alternate picking not Economy thanks in advance.

I’m addicted to these.
I worked out descending starting with a down stroke
Then ascending using eco because alt ascending eluded me. Finaly I just decided to make alt happen.
I’m still not great at it but I’m at the point where I’m not trying to think about the slant.
I look at this as a tounge twister and proof that my body understands how and when to adjust the pick.
But for me the struggle was and still is real with this pattern.
The only thing that’s harder for me so far is
Running across a 3nps scale where the change happens every three notes.
Bizarrely hard but I’m improving here also.
Anyway I’ve been no help, other than to say
If this exercise beats you up your not alone but man it feels good to finally get it even mostly reliable.
I think it really forced me to try to understand
What I’m now trying to forget.
