Best gear to get for band rehearsals and live performances?

The band’s set up doesn’t require capturing amplifiers with mics since we all use digital sound interfaces. I’m looking for a soundboard recommendation as well as a phone monitoring system for at least 4 people. Is there a soundboard out there that can fulfill both these needs for a low/mid price range?

The instrument tracks are:

2 eletric guitars (processed through an interface);
1 eletric bass guitar (same as above);
1 electric midi drum machine (also with its own interface output);
2 microphones for voices (direct into the soundboard);
1 for miscellanious programmed instruments, backing tracks, metronome clicks, etc.

So, what would you recommend?

I add that I’m very noobie when it comes to these types of gear, so any help would be welcomed.

The Yamaha MG 16 has four Aux sends which you can use for your headphone mixes. I have the discontinued MG166 and it’s a solid mixer.

You can then add four cheap Behringer headphone amplifiers, one for each send (they have 4 outputs but you’ll only be using one). They are fine, I use them in the studio all the time.

Add some headphone cable extenders (female jack to male jack) and four Sony MDR 7506 headphones and you’re golden.
