Just a quick FYI - try to upload videos to the forum in a standard video format, not youtube’s short format, as you cannot slow down youtube shorts. If youtube automatically sets the video as a short, you can turn it into a standard video by taking the last string of characters in the url and pasting them onto the end of this:

Now I could be wrong, but to me it looks like you are string hopping, maybe not all the time, but at least some of the time. Am I correct in saying I think you’re aiming for a motion which escapes on the upstrokes? If so, you could try using a ‘grazing fingers’ and an extended index finger grip. This is like how Yngwie picks and it looks something like this:
