I once wathced YouTube review of an AliExpress Yngwie Strat and the guy said the pickups were quite hot for single coils, did you find the same?
Yeah I think that was Johnny Anderson. That guy has a bunch of them. The pickups are hot but I’m finding they’re a little microphonic. You got to really ride the volume knob with distortion on. It’s a little bit of a pain in the a**.
It’s probably just the nature of single coils because every Strat I have with normal single coils, they squeal also.
Nice guitar, great playing too.
