Chris Broderick - Another Wylde-style Shoulder/Elbow USX player?

Hope I’m not spamming the place with too many posts, but I just saw this video and noticed that Broderick appears to be using the Zakk Wylde style shoulder/elbow motion in this playthrough video. Is that what he’s doing here?

He’s also using a thumbpick, which you really don’t see very much in metal.

To me this looks like elbow/wrist DSX. I’m not seeing any of the bicep turning you get with shoulder motion, on the contrary it doesn’t look like it’s moving at all but it’s kinda hard to tell with the low quality video and black shirt :slight_smile:
