Comfort and tension related to amount of pronation/supination

Does anyone who uses different levels of pronation/supination in their playing (whether to assist with switching string escapes or crosspicking, changing sweep direction, etc) notice different levels of strain related to those positions? I feel like the more pronation I achieve, the more things start to feel taxing or verge on painful. Unfortunately, a relatively pronated position seems to be my default and overall most accurate approach.

Let’s see some pictures!
