Hello!
Do we know if ‘‘the dart thrower’’ motion is more effecient (as in speed) in a flexed or extended wrist/hand position? Either from an anatomical or practical stand, or both?
Thanks!

From footage of DT players, classical violinists, American grip drumming and my own anecdotal experience, it seems the DT movement is typically most efficient when the wrist is slightly extended and radially deviated. Troy has sometimes called this the “hockey stick” orientation.
