Is there a way to download the audio/clips/songs so I can obsessively listen to them while not practicing? I’m starting the Metrnomic Rock course and want to listen to the 2 songs over and over for a few days to get it in my brain/ears while learning the tune/techniques.
I’m flattered, but just don’t tell anyone if you find some mistakes 
We currently do not have a functionality to download audio-only from the video, but we can think about it for the future!
There is a 2-step workaround if you download the video file locally on your PC. You can use free software like Avidemux or VLC to export the audio track from the video.
I predict a new branch of the site in Q4 of 2025 (or maybe 2026 since you guys are always super busy). “Managing the Mix” where there are various audio downloads to stuff CtC has put out over the years.
