Guys, sorry, but I have to write about this.
I love classical, metal and rock, thus I adore neoclassical stuff. However, I have a major issue with accenting the beat constantly, like all throughout the entire piece.
Joe Stump just released a new album. No matter how great the playing is, the drums just keep following the guitar, like beat/beat:
On a more extreme side, Kevin’s drums are, I guess, programmed, but they support the song:
So what even is the question here? Anyone else bothered by the clack clack clack? Anyone else wants the song to breathe?
