How can I edit my username? Is it possible at all? I looked around on my profile page, but the only thing that I can seem to change there, is the account picture. I also tried via gumroad, but didn’t find a way to do it there, either.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Hey! Correct there is no built-in / default option for this. Usernames on the forum are inherited from Wordpress, the primary source for user account info. So for example you can change your email or password here, but “username” is intended to basically be permanent, so not editable out of the box.
If absolutely necessary I think we could go in and edit it manually in the database…haven’t tried it yet but if you really want a different username send me a PM with the new username you’d like, and we can give it a shot.
