Hi y’all! My name is Fernando, new to this community. I needed something which would help me understand and reach the next level. Came across Troy’s videos on YouTube and decided to check out all the this great resources. So far, I am impressed with the amount of thought and analysis put in every piece. As a self-taught guitar player, this is very exciting - I needed some guidelines to reach a more comfortable and conscious playing style.
I’ve been playing for a while now, but started writing and recording recently. I grew up on metal, but I enjoy playing and learning from every genre possible

Finally, it is worth mentioning that in the last weeks, I drastically changed my picking technique primarily due to the resources available on this site. I have a faster, more robust picking hand now, even when performing fast phrases on my feet!
