I just wanted to share this warmup I saw on the Glen Campbell doc “I’ll Be Me”. I wish I could find a video clip of him playing it on the tour bus where he said “I just play this all the time, I don’t know why”. It is an even number on each string so I guess your downstroke and upstroke would depend on your escape. It goes up the fretboard so you can play it as long as you want.
I can’t play it very fast yet, but here’s my attempt at a tab.
