I just recently got a magnet and I wanted to get some feedback on my technique.
I’ve watched, and re-watched (and re-re-watched) the motion tutorials and I think I finally found a motion that feels smooth, easy, and I can do it for a long time without getting tired.
I think I’m doing elbow-wrist motion and it feels very comfortable. Now, I have to consciously remind myself to keep using this motion as I practice. Keeping relaxed, checking the anchor points, and doing a tremolo pick in between exercises has been helping to remind me what feels “right”.
I just wanted to know if anyone had any additional pointers for getting this new motion to be second nature, and not revert to older bad habits.
