Hello everyone, I’m Thanos from Greece, I’m 23 years old and I’ve been playing the guitar for around 6 years. Got into Troy’s CTC youtube videos 3 months ago and they opened my eyes. I used to string hop like crazy and I couldn’t play fast alternate picked licks cleanly at all. I’m currently working on dwps, mostly Yngwie’s licks and I’ve made a lot of progress these past few months I couldn’t make in my 6 years of guitar playing. I’m experimenting with uwps as well so I can get the hang of it. Loving the forum and I’m looking forward to posting some videos, in the near future, of the progress I’ve made.
