Hi there! My name is Guido, I’m from Buenos Aires, Argentina.
I started playing guitar about 20 years ago but I wasn’t really focused on my technique along all those years. Most of those years I was self-taught and always struggled trying to improve my skills with little success. Also playing fast feels like something almost impossible for me.
For the last 2 years I really focused on practicing every day, playing with metronome, starting slow and gradually increase speed, etc. but I still have lots of issues and I feel I’m not getting as much results as I should get with all the practice this last time.
I found the stuff in Cracking the Code really enlightening on lots of aspects of the mechanics of playing guitar and I hope it may help me to finally start improving my skills.
I’ll soon be posting some videos of my playing on the Technique Critique area so maybe you guys can also point me on the right direction!
