As a beginner jazz player (so take my comment with a grain of salt) it’s not clear to me that you need to be practicing this a lot v.s. simply playing tunes. It seems important to recognise that songs are made up of these cycles, however. Then you can build a kind of shorthand for yourself when learning and playing them. Sort of like how some players can recognize a section of a tune as simply “a 6-2-5-1 in D” instead of memorizing D, B-, E-, A7.

right its not really something you practice alot, it is just to occasionally run through to keep your hands accustomed to the motion.
