You may have seen some of my posts here or chatted with me by email at some point, but I wanted to officially introduce myself! My name is Brendan and I’ve been part of the Cracking the Code team since 2011, around the inception of CC as a company. It’s been awesome being a part of Cracking the Code as it’s evolved from web series, to downloads, to Masters in Mechanics subscription…and extra great to be here now as we’re taking the next step with the new web platform and forum.
We’re a small team so we all wear a lot of hats, but generally speaking I handle much of our marketing, customer support, and front end web development, and am excited to be a liaison to the community here on the forum and beyond. Feel free to reach out at any time directly, or notify me in a post via tag like so: @Brendan
(tip: this works for any username; handy if you want someone in particular to check out a post!)
I’m from Seattle and have lived in Brooklyn for a bit over 6 years. My interests include books / libraries, media and technology, writing, and hip-hop lyricism…no joke, I am a much better rapper than guitarist! I’m also very interested in learning and education, and am hoping to see some good conversations develop over at #teachers-lounge (tip #2, you can hashtag a forum category to link to it directly).
I should reiterate that we’re always listening when it comes to site feedback, suggestions, questions…don’t hesitate to make a post here or email us with any of the above. Thanks, and look forward to meeting more of you all!
