How do I Resurrect an inactrive Technique Critique

I’d like to resurrect a technique critique that has been closed due to my inactivity. Anybody know how to do that?

At the top of the screen, there’s a message that says, “[t]his critique is closed. To ask a question or request reopening, just add a comment below!”

But when I look down below, I don’t see a button or option anywhere for me to add a comment. Anyone know how I can add a comment to a closed TC?
