How to eliminate string noise when moving between strings?

Hi guys. In the above video I’m just practicing some blues phrasing. I have a really annoying issue with noise when switching between strings. When I am practicing super slow I can mute using palm muting, or using the index finger on my fretting hand. But when I am playing up to tempo, then it just feels rather impossible to be honest. What is the best way to do this?

Also, appreciate your critique on my technique, particularly on bending. Also a technique that I can do better when going super slow, but when playing up to tempo I am not sure if I’m doing it right.

Thank you very much and have a great day!

Hey Rabbid!

My first impression is that you can do a lot more muting with your fretting hand index. It looks lite it is often far away from the strings, so that there is nothing stopping them from ringing except for the right hand palm.

This video from Ben Eller may be useful… sorry about the title, it’s not directed at you
