How to record multi tracks

What equipment, or apps can allow me to play a rythem, then a line, then another line n rythem over that, etc…

So just record, then record again, and again and again, building it up.

Well, there’s a few different ways to go;

Looper Pedal

Computer Daw (Logic, Reaper, Protools, Cubase, etc)

IOS multitrack (Garageband)

My pc broke awhile ago, you know of any apps? I still have an Iphone.

I’ll look into that thanks mate

It’s usually already preloaded on most. If you are looking for a whole daw, then reaper (which is free for the most part), a cheap audio interface and free amp sim plugin will do.

Can you get that on iphone?

No, that would be a full desktop set up. If you are looking for phone only, Garage Band is usually already installed I believe. One thing to note is that it really depends on what you are doing, but it’s not the easiest thing to use on a phone by itself if you are multitracking say with the built in phone mic and using how you would the memos app. It gets a little janky and the monitoring while layering obvious also gets picked up by the phone mic, so head phones at the absolute least for monitoring and play back or a direct in guitar cable attachment and amp sim.
