Should I start with
Tremolo on one string
Then a two string pattern
?

Should I record myself at regular speed but then follow it with slow motion?

Should I record myself doing something I cannot do or something I do well or both?

Yes, you may want to start with tap tests if you are having a hard time finding a fast easy tremolo. After tremolo, it’s hand sync, then escape motion strategies for string changes
