Found this earlier on today - looks like some kind of thumb shenanigans - anyone have any idea about this?
yeah i see alot of the what some would call scalpel picking back in the day where the thumb and first finger move more than the wrist similar to Tony McAlpine. When he picks up speed on some areas looks like elbow to me as well as well as doing hybrid picking. So he has a blended approach.
