Notice how the placement of ghost note changes.

As for main riff: I noticed his right hand never stops playing, the pause is in fact a ghost note and you can even hear tiny bit of chug in there.
Now I am trying to figure out what’s going on exactly in the first riff I mentioned:

As It seems there is a bit of a gallop going on in here and the pause followed by ghost note, following the logic from the main riff, would imply that there are two “chugs”.
Or does he leave a tiny bit of pause? I don’t know, camera does not focus on him too much and I can’t hear anything specific in that part.

Also, as for that tiny “gallop” after third fret - would you pick it going up, or down?
I tried both and so far doing the gallop with an upstroke feel werid an unusual for me, and it’s easy for me to mess up, on the other hand doing it with a downstroke has some speed limitations.

I never would have guessed I would be overthinking djent track that much. Weird.
