I have since changed my picking grip (thank you to cracking the code - going with the fingers underneath and the palm getting help with the bridge - I have much more control now and play with much less tension)

I will redo the video with my new grip and compare - but in the interim I think you might like how I incorporated the MAB riff that I “borrowed” in the middle section (it’s the 2 note per string ripper) I actually harmonize the riff - 1 guitar is playing the g to e to c to b then the f to d to bflat to a - the part I play is actually the same notes just in a little different pattern - creating some different intervals at different spots - plus its so much more fun to play

Cool! Kind of has that old-school shrapnel records sound to it - MacAlpine-ish I think…
