Anyone know of some put out by any solid players? Something that would have a lot of various patterns already worked out with the underlying chords? Rick Graham has been pretty good with this, looking for more.

I think more the second - although you just reminded me vis a vis that book’s index I was going to go watch Frank Gambale’s Monster Licks and Speed picking and I’m pretty sure he’s got a ton of what I’m looking for in that. Not sure about Modes No More Mystery.
