Hey guys, I’m not at all knowledgeable about gear and I am just looking at a cheap guitar that I can use for changing tunings for old-school death metal songs (C or C# tuning) - bands like Death, old Gorguts, etc. I’m aware that the lighter gauge strings and the shorter scale of these guitars might be problematic for that but it’s just for fun.
Here are the two models. Any thoughts or recommendations? I see there is a difference in the tremolo systems but I’m not sure what to go with. Thanks for any input!
