Magnet question - phone slips out

Magnet backer here and I finally got around to trying it out today. Any tips to stop my phone slipping out? It doesn’t stay put for very long.

That’s what the pull string is for to tighten the grip and keep the phone from falling out. There was a thread here about it.

Magnet w/ Phone Issue

Has anyone had an issue where when trying to use your phone in the magnet it keeps sliding around? Makes it kind of impossible to use cause either the camera gets blocked out by the magnet or the phone rides into the strings muting everything.
