Here is something cool I came up with one day so I guess I better jot it down so I remember, but I love sharing things so here you guys go. I am sure you guys have done this sort of thing, but maybe there are some players out there that don’t know the gypsy style if they haven’t watched the Joscho video. This is just marrying the two approaches to diminished, except on the yngwie style we use the minor arpeggio run, and the gypsy diminished in between. You can also do it desending, but I will let you figure that out.
