I want to make the most of the 30 minute block that I have with @Troy. Is there a standard set of exercises you’ll ask us to play that we can work on before the lesson to ensure that it runs smoothly?

I don’t think a standard set of exercises really, but I will send an email soon to everyone scheduled for next week, with some further details on what we’d like folks to watch beforehand + a quick survey to let us know more about what you’d like help with.
I’ve been doing logistics but haven’t been there w/ Troy for the full sessions so not sure exactly how they tend to unfold. But I think typically will start with a look at your motion then try to address whatever particular things you’re looking to improve.
If anyone reads this who did a session last week, feel free to chime in with anything else that may be helpful to prepare!
