So the episode on pick chirp was great but I have a question if someone could help.
Dose or would a pickup with lower high end response reduce the chirp factor?
I’m using a Seymore Duncan Pegasus in the bridge which is really bright, so I’m considering switching to a DiMarzio Mojo which has a mid boost and slightly rolled off high end. any thoughts.
I mean, to some degree it might, at the margins…
…but the impact on the rest of your tone is going to be a whole heck of a lot bigger than the degree to which chirp comes through, so if you’re fundamentally happy with the sound of your guitar, this isn’t where I’d start.
Can you try picks with different plastics and see if one sounds better?

I would either try a different pick or add an EQ pedal to shape your tone.
