Playing chords with small intervals on guitar

Today after facing these 2 chords(marked with blue color) I spent half of an hour trying to find a comfortable way of playing them and didn’t think of anything except tuning my guitar wierdly. Are there any techniques for playing such type of chords to which someone can point me?

I’m assuming you don’t want to re-voice the chords so maybe fret the A with your right hand index finger and pluck with your thumb and other fingers?
-0- -x-
-1- -3-
-4- -4-
-x- -5-
-12- -12-

The first chord is being played over an A5 power chord, can you to omit the A or drop it an octave?

Assuming that’s a G clef, and assmuing you are in C major or A minor the first one can be played easily. However the second one is a little trickier I dropped the A an octave for the most comfort.
Here are some options.

A big thank you for helping me with these ones, don’t know why I didn’t figure it out myself. Was experementing with writing stuff without my guitar and now I am really thinking about buying a synth.
