Problem playing videos

I can’t find a troubleshooting/ bug problems category so “Site Feedback” seems to be the most appropriate for this post. Anyway, I haven’t been on either the main website or the forum for a while; but I still have a current subscription. However, I noticed that whenever I try to view any of the videos it has the error message “Sorry: Because of its privacy settings, this video cannot be played here.” e.g. the “Chapter 3 - Yngwie Sixes Variation” lesson in the Metronomic Rock DSX seminar Chapter 3 – Yngwie Sixes Variation – Cracking the Code

I noticed a similar error message for the help video on my dashboard when I logged in earlier today,

Okay, I’ve been just been able to get round this problem by using a different computer. It is possible this was logged in already; so maybe having multiple devices logged in at a time could be the source of the problem. (Both were broadly similar generations of MacBooks - old-ish - running Catalina and I used Google Chrome in both cases),

Okay, but making sure I’m completely logged out of the second MacBook isn’t allowing me to log into the first one tried earlier,
