Somehow I missed the descriptions of rest strokes. Can someone post a link or description to which clips to watch?
I don’t have a link but as I understand it, the pick comes to “rest” on the adjacent string from your last pick stroke…
For example:
You pick a downstroke on the G string. The pick then comes to “rest” on the B string for a split second before the next pick stroke, wherever that may be.
