Rusty pickup magnets

Hey all, a couple of magnets on my pickups are starting to rust away, is there a simple fix for this? E.g. rubbing them with some generic anti-rust product? Thanks!

I’d try using a non-metallic abrasive. Do NOT use steel wool.

Tommo you’re reminding me I have to fix this too haha. I’ve let it get so bad but the tone still seems to be ok. Let me know what method works best for you!
