Sequencing scale numbers

Does anyone know of a list of sequenced scale intervals?

for example ascending in 4th, 3rd etc…

are you meaning? like thirds like 1-3,2-4,5-7,6-8,7-9 or going down just reverse the numbers
in this way i would not add accidentals as you could just play this sequence with any major, minor flavor and move the fingers accordingly as long as you know the scale mode shape.

yeah.

So like a list 1 2 3 4 5 etc… Of all those interval exercises.
I’ve looked around a bit and can’t find just a simple list.

It was a standard part of solfeggio back then in music school. You just sing it back and forth… kinda boring sometimes. But after hours of ‘la-la-la-la…’ you remember that nat.major (and all its modes) consists of 5 major 2nds and 2 minor, 3 major 3rds and 4 minor, 6 perfect 4th and 1 augmented etc etc… It helps with harmonizing.

All you have to do is to learn your scale and then you can create your own exercises.
Here’s the example of basic knowledge you need to have about major scale

Sorry for the video quality and syncronisation issues… still have problems with recording ((

The same goes with another scales you may use, like natural/harmonic/melodic minor, couple of nat.major modes etc.

" Sorry, we couldn’t find that page"

I could create it myself but I want it to be absolutely correct. Intervals in terms of jumping around the scale can be confusing. I’d love a list of 1 to 10 or whatever of all the interval scale exercises to quickly refer to, then go back to being as mindless n ditzy as I can.

here is a few places I found some that have by the numbers so to speak

https://www.guitarorb.com/guitar-scale-sequences/#:~:text=To%20look%20at%20a%20couple,up%20and%20down%20the%20scale.

from here you could probably extract a list if you wish

Also Troy Stetina’s speed mechanics book there is a chapter on sequences that have by the numbers along with tabs as well.
