I’m new to DWPS and have found out that my major sticking point is that my shoulder starts feeling tired for some reason. Does anyone know why this could be happening?

Does it bother you in the rest of your life?
We’re the only great ape that doesn’t “brachiate” (hang & swing) and when combined with the rest of modern life (riding in cars, hunching over phones/guitars/computers) we tend to have some pretty effed up neck/back/shoulders/posture.
Do a google image search for “kelly starrett bracing sequence” to learn how to stand.
And then check out John Kirsch’s shoulder fix (I think it’s covered in this video). It basically involves hanging from a bar for 30s 3x a week.

I think it is because I’m doing something wrong. Feels like my shoulder gets tension and that kills it all when trying to play faster.
