Sweeping 2 ways

Maybe i’m wrong, but i tryed to find something about sweeping boot side, and i found nothing… maybe i just dont know the good name ?

Because after trying sweeping in upward pick slanting, i did. And now i continue an homemade exercice up/down/up/… and i feel it, it will be like a rocket …

My english is not perfect and a mess up whit the “Lexic”
DWPS, UWPS , Double eXcape , … is there a place to un-mess everyting ?

I would like to show you all a video, but after tryed bying the magnet: i gave up… too complicate for a french guy.

is this common to sweep in both directions ?

There is a name for this ?
