Hey guys,

Quick question regarding the Synchronicity Seminar that I have recently purchased and have started working on:

In regards to Chunking groups of 4 picked notes (on a single note), as an upward escape player, is it recommended to practice both the DUDU and UDUD chunks with just upward escape? Rather than DUDU with upward escape and UDUD with downward escape like is demonstrated in the video?

Do both.

For an even number of notes per string, you have to start on an upstroke but if the first string you play has an odd number of notes, you gotta start on a downstroke (almost the entire Metronomic Rock seminar is based on the latter).
