Well…I am back with a subscription! Nice to see Troy and his videos again!
So…I kind of what to get some critique on what guys think about my picking technique and what you can see. It doesn’t quite show how much I’m actually picking, but there are some parts where I’m picking more than it shows. I’m trying to get better at my picking as I can feel in some parts of my playing I have to do a lot more to get over some strings.
Right now, I’m strictly alternate picking all the way…some legato as this particular solo has.

Hey, thanks for signing up and posting here! I think it’s pretty hard to tell in detail from this video, would you be able to film another clip as described here?
I’d also suggest going through the Pickslanting Primer material, if you haven’t watched some of the newer motion tutorials we’ve added, definitely some good info there. For better feedback, it will help if you can tell us more about what technique(s) you’ve been working on, any particular things you’ve having issues with, etc.
